Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy is also incorporated into our full Terms & Conditions. This standalone version exists for easy reference at checkout and on the Website.
Online Courses (Self-Paced Digital Products)
Because our Courses are digital content, delivered to you immediately upon purchase, the standard 14-day EU distance-selling withdrawal right does not apply once you've confirmed immediate access at checkout (see our Terms & Conditions, Section 4).
Instead, we offer the following policy:
✅ Eligible for a refund if:
- You request the refund within 48 hours of your original purchase, and
- You have accessed less than 20% of the total Course content (measured by modules/lessons opened or completed in your member area)
❌ Not eligible for a refund if:
- More than 48 hours have passed since purchase, or
- 20% or more of the Course content has been accessed
To request a refund, email dkbaumann.services@gmail.com with your order confirmation and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 2 business days of approval.
Promotional / Early Bird Pricing
Refunds on purchases made during a promotional pricing period (such as "Early Bird" pricing) are handled under the same policy above. If a refund is approved, you will be refunded the amount actually paid (the promotional price), not the standard price.
1:1 Sessions & 3-Month 1:1 Journey
✅ Full refund if you reschedule or cancel with at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled start time.
❌ No refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session, or for no-shows — the session is treated as delivered.
For the 3-month 1:1 journey, this applies to each individual session within the journey; sessions cancelled late may be forfeited without replacement.
If Daniel needs to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a new slot or a full refund of that session, at your choice.

Exceptional Circumstances
Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you may have that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law (for example, if the Course was materially misrepresented, or is not delivered at all due to a fault on our part).
